Our In person program is designed to help you improve your form and technique, stay accountable and feel confident in your movements. If you just cant workout on your own and want to level up, this is for you. Also suitable for those looking to work 1:1 with a kinesiologist for neck, shoulder, hip, knee, back pain or other muscular or joint issues.
3 month commitment
$60 per session - biweekly or monthly payment options - credit card or cash
1-1 private training in studio located downtown Sarnia
60 min sessions 2-3x per week
